Louis Moore the Director of Estate Transitions had the experience of transitioning his own elderly parents through downsizing, retirement homes and eventually high care aged living and discovered there wasn’t many sources of independent advice available to assist in navigating the downsizing and aged care environments and decided to start a business assisting people going through this lifestyle transition.

To make the transition to your next property Louis has a network of professionals that he collaborates with. This could be property valuers, solicitors, financial planners, real estate agents, removalists and cleaners depending on the level of assistance required for your next move.

Louis Moore has over 20 years’ senior experience with companies working with the real estate industry across Brisbane and regional Queensland and gained deep working knowledge of property markets in metro and regional Queensland markets. He first started buying investment properties in Brisbane in 1988 and has been buying and selling properties through his whole professional career. As well as investing in his own residential and tourism related properties Louis completed post-graduate studies in property valuation and is a licensed Buyers Agent so he can provide expert advice to clients.
